Another issue.
You added sometimes a layer -1 to a building. Most likely to hide an error.
The buildings are not under the ground !.
Just adjust the position of the road so that it not crosses the building.

Lower buildings, showing theire sidewalls as well can mapped on the same way by moving the mapped roofline to the groundplan.

PLease square also all rectangular buildings with the Q key while selected.

Hello.
A request. When you add a highway crossing waterways or crossing a viaduct please add a layer to it. ( 1 of -1 ) I had to add them on nearly every crossing.

Another issue.
Please square each rectangular building with the Q key while selected.
Do not connect nodes of buildings to other features, roads, other buildings.
Buildings with a gable roof are basicly rectangular, from the satellite they are taken under a certain angle. Then you will see both the roof and the sidewall(s)

The reason you added a layer to this building was wrong. This building, like many other tall (high) buildings are not placed on their footprint. This is the place where the building meets the ground.
