Reinstauré el cambio que deshiciste. En ningún lado dice que el uso de suelo deba estar enlazado a las fronteras. Si insistes en deshacerlo, te reportaré a el DWG.

* Limited right-in right-out side roads are allowed for road=motorway. A big fraction of Mexican motorways have unofficial, dirt-surface side roads. This is Mexico. Here, if you are a rancher and you live next to the highway, you cut the barrier and connect your ranch, official limitations of access notwithstanding.
