ESRI's USA_NAD_Addresses data in RapiD lists all the houses on this cul de sac as Meadowlark Lane, but it is clearly separate from that road. The current road as-is has no name in OSM and has not been edited since January 2013. Someone should check how it's actually marked on the ground.

A tree right at this corner in the aerial imagery makes it hard to tell if there is a formal crossing here. A survey is necessary to see if a crossing exists.

The church has expanded its parking lot to fill this space to the east. It goes all the way up next to the houses. I don't have the skill to add it until updated aerial imagery is available, but maybe someone else will see this note sooner.

ESRI's USA_NAD_Addresses data source in RapiD has duplicate entries for the apartments on either side of this note. Need to survey to determine their actual house numbers.

ESRI data in RapiD has two addresses for this one house - 4822 Wild Flower Lane and 1708 Green Creek Road. Someone should check this on the ground and see how the house is numbered.

Should the road east of here be named Bluegrass Circle? RapiD address data uses that name instead of the current Wild Rye Way. The ground truth needs to be checked here.

Can someone with local knowledge please number the holes (and if possible, add par and handicap values)? I've traced the tee boxes, greens, and fairways, but don't know which order they're played.
