Данные не копируются с Букинга и прочих - это открытые данные, по сути они идентичны на сотнях сайтов: Адрес, звёзды и прочая общая информация - то, что публикуют отели, регистрируясь на в сервисах бронирования. Гугл и локальные поисковики помогают найти живой сайт объекта. Так ими можно пользоваться.
2. Там, где у объекта нет живого сайта, всё равно как дать возможность пользователю забронировать гостиницу. Вот соседняя правка, у них сайт свой нормальный есть node/11988067842
