May I ask what was the reason of your changes of osmc:symbol tags in this changeset ? (waycolor:background:foreground to ::foreground only)
According to wiki (osmc:symbol=*) the minimal configuration is "a waycolor and either a foreground or some text and a background". The changes you made may prevent some rendering softwares to show correctly the routes
