How did you come to this conclusion, way/747871211 ? Having been here so many years ago, I can tell this is NO `ford=yes` and cannot be traversed by motor vehicles. A close look at publicly available and accessible OSM imagery tells you there are boats on the river banks. Can you clarify this?

I am sorry, this seems false positive and shouldn't be the reason for re-classification as `tertiary`. The way I referenced leads nowhere from node/4698223484 but continues to be classified as `tertiary`.

Furthermore, the main road via the interchange have been completed and opened to traffic recently, but I will wait for public and accessible imagery/references to draw a conclusion on which way is connected, used or not, thanks.
