Why remove the primary tag i.e. "amenity=parking" from the area. It's more useful to use the area with both surface=* and amenity=*. The area currently doesn't represent anything.

I don't think we should be mapping every single building as "tourism=charlet", for example way/1211130379

It's already 5 years, there are several of these kind of features mapped in OSM around these areas from YouthMappers organized groups / mappings. Most of them very look suspicious, do you have idea what you were trying to map at this time? Some clarification could help or we discussing how to remove them soon.
