You should tag ways in order to make them valid features in OSM, here i.e. building=yes. Better still just use the building_tools plugin in JOSM osm.wiki/JOSM/Plugins/BuildingsTools

You are skipping my question, how do you know this names are not written on the houses? You first should be discussing with the mapper before removing these names as private information. I have seen and also mapped houses especially family houses and villas in Ghana with names. These are no sensitive information, don't seat far away, assume and remove, discuss it. Kindly revert your changes and stop removing similar details.

You are using an imagery that is very old to create new without comparing other public background imagery.

These kinds of mappings are useless and helps nobody. Use a combination of imagery to see which is more recent before adding new roads. Compare this with Bing, Maxar, etc

I don't think this is a vandalism and necessarily personal information. You should be asking the mapper if these names are printed on the houses or how they could be better reused than just deleting them, in some cases yes they printed boldly.

Be careful not to connect building corners to landuse/roads/waterways

Don't just move features to align with Bing Imagery as there's an offset with the imagery instead and that needs to be fixed by aligning it to existing data.

This can be guided by GPS traces collected by yourself and/or other contributors.

Even though the name has "Chemist" it doesn't mean it's shop=chemist

Thanks for mapping! :) The name of the Over The Counter Medicine Seller (OTMCS) isn't OTMCS, you might want to use the full name here say Ama Ghana OTMCS or Ama Ghana Chemical Shop as on their signposts, I don't recommend abbreviations in names though.

not every tiny track or path is a residential road road, avoid aggressively mapping them as residential road, they are completely useless and help nobody
