Mapping without any tags is completely useless. Kindly add tag `building=yes` to each building before uploading to OSM.

Load into JOSM, review and delete/reuse where applicable

Hi DraperC_18, unfortunately your observation is false, it's best to use the street signs for mapping oneway-ness. This and other roads you have mapped here have been fixed now.

Kindly use title case for names, i.e. "Tofoi Street" instead of ALL CAPS "TOFOI Street" Read more about names here osm.wiki/Names

Only add oneway tag to roads where traffic can only be in one direction, as seen at roundabouts. Else do not add it if you are not sure.

Also, do not add duplicate names i.e. the name for the town "Twifo Praso also exist on a node, so it shouldn't be added to the landuse again". Only one object should represent a feature on the ground, see osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element

Good changeset comment, you might want to keep spaces after commas and # to make them more readable, more on Good changeset comments osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments
