I don't think this is a vandalism and necessarily personal information. You should be asking the mapper if these names are printed on the houses or how they could be better reused than just deleting them, in some cases yes they printed boldly.

Don't just move features to align with Bing Imagery as there's an offset with the imagery instead and that needs to be fixed by aligning it to existing data.

This can be guided by GPS traces collected by yourself and/or other contributors.

Thanks for mapping! :) The name of the Over The Counter Medicine Seller (OTMCS) isn't OTMCS, you might want to use the full name here say Ama Ghana OTMCS or Ama Ghana Chemical Shop as on their signposts, I don't recommend abbreviations in names though.

Avoid mapping things you are not sure about.

Use a meaningful changeset comment, comments such as "#1670" is doesn't help yourself and other mappers.

Don't add random names to buildings and don't map buildings as farmland

It would have been more useful to convert the feature to what they were describing in the building value instead of completely removing them.

You team can do better these edits aren't progressive. Looking are very recent edits such as changeset/136203177 it's same old issues you aren't dealing with after years.

Please get your team to do what help us all, don't map if you don't know, if you want to map all roads use most recent imagery or stop making OpenStreetMap non-usable.

Use a semi-colon to separate multiple values, i.e. for the two phone numbers "+233208 20 80 53; +233242 83 67 58" instead of "+233208 20 80 53 or +233242 83 67 58". Also avoid putting full stops at the end of names, UEW doesn't really need to part of the name here too.
