Looking at this when I made it, it doesnt really look good or feel right. I'll change it to remove the areas and just have the entrace nodes as per the wiki.

I had them separate as one is physically unable to travel between them internally. Level -2 takes up the whole are where as -1 only 2/3 that of -2 while stacked vertically. Entrance nodes only should help.

There is no right turn from Dulcie Street into OGR. Is there a way to represent this without a one way road tag?
