They're not evident on Bing, and no GPS traces.
The connection and alignment also seems very odd.

Buoys are not localities and should not be tagged as such.
Please retag using the approved seamark: tags.

That tag has been removed as there is a physical feature.
Please don't tag for the renderer, but ask for the renderer to be updated.

Hello. I have just removed the changes you made in those 3 changesets. You can re do them again without Google as a source if you want.

While the edits generally looked good and useful, we prefer to err on the side of caution with potentially copyright infringing data.
I would recommend updating the data in those 3 changesets again, using just your survey/GPS data.

Is this the only changeset you've sourced from Google?

You can't change the source once it's been uploaded, but you can remove any copyright infringing data that you've added and upload as a new changeset.

Can you confirm which data has been taken from Google?
This will stop us having to remove the entire changeset.

However, OSM is only able to accept data that has been surveyed, or that we have explicit permission to use for licencing reasons.
The names that you've added have been removed as you say they have been sourced from Google.

Hello, while facts can't be copyrighted, we prefer not to use sources where we don't have explicit permission.
Google have surveyed that data, and make it available under a non open licence. Just as with any other data source, it could contain inaccuracies (accidental or deliberate), and that's what we want to remove.
I only see a handful of objects that are tagged as Google Streetview so no rush , but could do with a resurvey (maybe including more address data too :)

Can you confirm what other data you've taken from Google?
Google's data is copyright and is not compatible with OpenStreetmap's licence which means we may have to strip all effected changesets.
