This changeset added back a load of building that have been removed by local mappers BECAUSE THEY WERE DEMOLISHED!
Your efforts AI shitification is actively making our map and data worse.

As for the valve compound, I have photos from trying last week.
The stairway hut is gone, and ground filled in, the shaft has been reconcreted over.
I'm unsure if it's been backfilled though.
The only thing remaining is a small brick column in the middle, and the air vent.
North portal still exists but has had the doorway filled up with concrete.
I couldn't get inside either south portal compounds when I tried.

A nice update to the fuel stores, I had an update like this in progress, and saw you'd made yours.
FYI, the surface buildings in the top compound have been removed and filled in. There is no access there any more.
