| 177542749 | Inconclusive, I gather, viz: "landuse=farmland - An area of farmland used for tillage (cropland). This tag is sometimes also used for pasture or meadow." I think farmland nicely covers everything. We also have the interesting question of land that is used in different seasons for for both arable and pasture. You are most welcome to retag if you can be sure the landuse is consistent over time. |

| 151915841 | Respectfully, do we map routes in buildings now? No other map system I know does and I'm not sure what useful purpose this serves. If I were to attempt to follow these "footpaths" as shown on the main map I'd get very lost, not to mention needing a ticket or airside pass. Many of them bear only a passing resemblance to what's going on in the terminal buildings. We don't tag paths through schools or houses, after all. May I suggest as an alternative Simple indoor tagging: osm.wiki/Simple_Indoor_Tagging If they are to be kept, I will not argue further if there is a consensus, but could they at least attempt to be more accurate? | 63118796 | Hi Matt, Always careful me. It may be Piries on the ground, but sadly signwriters have been known to be wrong too. In this case it is named after local headmaster and landowner William Pirie (him with the donkey cart), and therefore merits a possessive apostrophe. There was only one of him, so there is no case for a plural. It is, and always was Pirie's. |
