Hey there! I've just seen this comment. I am better at building digitising than all the tags. So sorry for any issues I will try and get better! I am a local and do some mapping in my professional sphere.
However I have very rarely done OSM stuff so consider me new :) I've gone on too long to ignore the gaping holes in mapping around here!
