Offensichtlich sind die Gebäude ja tatsächlich bereits abgerissen. Da OpenStreetMap nicht nach Luftbildern geht, sondern - soweit möglich - die Realität abbildet, macht es Sinn, die Gebäude auch zu löschen und durch eine Baustelle bzw. geplante neue Objekte zu ersetzen.

Die wurden nicht im klassischem Sinne dupliziert, sondern in stop_position und platform aufgeteilt. Was noch fehlt, ist die Entfernung der Tags aus Version 1 des public transport proposals.
(Aus diesem Grund erscheinen so viele gerenderte Punkte auf der Karte.)
