Je n'ai pas le temps de me poser sur un changement aussi conséquent pour le moment, je vous invite donc à le corriger par vous même car celui-ci apparaît certes comme une erreur mais est utilisable et utilisé dans des logiciels tels qu'Organic Map.

Hello, these bus stops have been added on JOSM using a KLM file provided free access by my region. The reason for their invalid tags is that they have been copied and pasted from this file. Indeed the relation/14318116 is empty and was created without express purpose. An error on my part in JOSM. I will inquire about how to delete it but if you know how to do so I invite you to correct this error. I didn’t understand the error message.
