SO, to summurize:
The building indeed, is a Club House for cyclists. Open to all. You can find a Café and a small shop + tools, pump, bike wash, clothes for sale, etc. Many things in the same time, so hard to categorize. That's one thing.

The second thing is a rendez-vosu point. I wanted to create a "Start Point" on Strava, the sport social network and route planner. And it's supposed to be done with OSM. So "Départ Hors Catégorie Cycling Club" is just a point of interest, a meeting point. How can I do that?
