This guy (نورس) and his supporter (LockOnGuy) have invented false propaganda to Arabize the city of Kirkuk:
The false rumours are :
1. OSM rules say that the tag NAME should be ONLY and ONLY in one language and that is the language of Majority.
2. The majority in Kirkuk are Arabs without providing any proof or evidence.
3. They dont respect the constitution of Iraq that says : every banner of government entity should be in 2 languages (Kurdish & Arabic) including the Iraqi passport .

Dear. You have 6 violations :
1. You keep claiming that Arabs are majority in Kirkuk without providing any document or governmental link.
2. For two months, you have been removing the Kurdish parts from the NAME tag, that made me create duplicate points next two each other, one in Arabic one in Kurdish.
3. You keep claiming that duplicate points are against OSM and left no any option for the kurdish text to appear. completely racist.
4. You are in the USA and want to do demographic changes in Kirkuk and claim that you have been on the spot when renaming POI's. I have called you hundred times to meet face to face but you keep evading because you re in the USA.
5. You claim that it is taboo to find a neighbourhood in Kirkuk that all the dwellers speak entirely Kurdish as if you have visited every single house in Kirkuk which are estimated 670000 houses.
6. In the NAME tag for a town in Erbil, you had put an alien alphabet that is not decryptable by any one for only one reason, because the dwellers are from your race but you dont accept the Kurdish to appear.
