11 march is the day that in 1975, the Iraqi president granted Autonomy to Kurds. and this school was built for them in the hear of a Kurdish pure zone. This is a proof from 1970's even before OSM existed.

These kurdish parts are so pure Kurdish that the two Kurdish political parties were fighting to grip them.

Even the basic logic will prove that the northern part and the eastern part of Kirkuk are purely kurds very simply you can tell that they are the first entrances from Erbil & Sulaymaniya

I will teach you a way to know the percentage of any part or neighbourhood in Kirkuk
the way is : look at the government or formal establishments or facilities
see their name. For example : the names of schools. This neighborhood has 100 schools and all are Kurdish national names.
and this neighborhood and few others are the ONLY ones that ISIS couldnt invade in 2016 when the whole Kirkuk fell. You know why ? because it is purely Kurdish and every one fought ISIS.
