Looked through some of the edits and this user is a vandal. Like adding French names to random places in Canada

most edits have been reverted, I reverted a few more, eg. changeset/167153927 .

I added it to match way/60613867 and because when I googled "chancellors circle winnipeg" the first result https://winnipegarchitecture.ca/66-chancellors-circle/ says "Chancellor's Circle", but it seems like a mistake because the source it links to uses "Chancellors" https://legacy.winnipeg.ca/ppd/Documents/Heritage/HeritageResourcesReports/Chancellors-66-long.pdf

I undeleted the driveway. It's illegal but it exists, I've driven it.

A lot of these contain roman numerals, like "Katooma Iv" which should've been capitalized "Katooma IV"
