actually I'd recommend deletion of this as a cycle route at all - it is not signposted, and is partially composed of footpaths.

I do see the asphalt area of college walk/exhibition street as sufficiently pedestrian, but I do agree with your assessment of rainforest walk/chancellor's walk as being too narrow.
