Considering that all state highways in Oregon are RCNs by default, what's the rationale with removing most of this route?

Sorry, may have read through the history wrong. Someone has modified the US 26 RCN route removing pretty much everywhere it actually coincides with US 26 for reasons not entirely clear.

Why did you retag this as rcn? That's for state bike routes, the Westside Regional Trail is a service of Metro, not the State of Oregon. This is an lcn.

What is the rationale for the notes on this? All ODOT highways open to bicycles (and their official detours in the rare cases that they aren't) are official bike routes in Oregon.
