| 58721121 | I don't think a full revert is necessary in a lot of cases. Parks tend to be paths, but I think most people would lean towards connections to picnic spots and playgrounds to be footways (but not sidewalks; those are the footway next to a vehicular way like a street or cycleway). |

| 58721121 | Sure, basically, if it only allows foot traffic or designed only for foot traffic, it's highway=footway (add bicycle=yes if bicycles are allowed). If it's designed as a multiuse path, it's highway=path. If it's a cycleway (biggest way to tell that this is the case is if it has signage and/or pavement markings), then highway=cycleway (and add foot=yes if pedestrians are allowed). |

| 58734853 | I changed this over to shop=charity, which seems to be a better fit for thrift shops.

| 58721121 | The park path looks good now, but the sidewalk would qualify as a footway.

| 58632555 | Missed intersections here and I'm not convinced the ways internal to the parks aren't paths, not footways.
|
|
| 58631907 | paths are not (exclusively) footways, but footways do preclude non-foot travel (ie, by bicycle) by design. Void of any on the ground restrictions, these appear to be paths, not footways.
