No worries, though we can't use Google Streetview or aerial imagery for sources thanks to copyright reasons. maxspeed:conditional=* is indeed the correct way to tag school zone speed limits, hazard=school_zone to indicate that it is a school zone (since it's possible to have a school zone without a conditional speed limit, and not all conditional speed limits are in school zones).

No worries. I figured it was a well-intended but overzealous edit of LA's Metrolink, since I've been through the Van Nuys station as well as arrived and boarded at that station specifically once (I probably should have just bicycled to Van Nuys, the wait was ridonkulous).

It's best practice to split ways where street names are likely to change instead of combining blocks across different streets into one segment.

I have some serious concerns about the quality of this edit. How is a whole building just one suite? Why aren't standard tags being used? Please also keep in mind that advertising copy is entirely inappropriate in OSM.
