What is the rationale for the notes on this? All ODOT highways open to bicycles (and their official detours in the rare cases that they aren't) are official bike routes in Oregon.

So nice to get some updates. On operator and name, please avoid abbreviations; computers are good at generating them correctly when abbreviations are appropriate in the renderer, but suck at telling "foot" from "fort" when expanding abbreviations, for example.
