Missed intersections here and I'm not convinced the ways internal to the parks aren't paths, not footways.

paths are not (exclusively) footways, but footways do preclude non-foot travel (ie, by bicycle) by design. Void of any on the ground restrictions, these appear to be paths, not footways.

No problem.

Might doublecheck your geometry on the track, doesn't seem to line up with what is visible on aerial. Also, name=* isn't for descriptions.

I removed some tags irrelevant for a waterway, but I'm not able to see anything like a stream here. If it's just a ditch where water usually follows, waterway=drain makes more sense.

Not bad, but the name should only be the name, not a description (I removed name=Pond). Is your driveway open to the public? That's what access=yes means. Did you mean access=private or access=permissive?
