Changing this from trunk to motorway wasn't appropriate. Motorways don't have intersections except emergency exits and ramps. Trunks do.

I think you set the population for this city to the entire metro area, instead of just Oklahoma City, which had 638,367 as of 2016.

When footways cross other ways at grade, make sure they have a node in common or things don't route correctly.

Might bring it together south of the end of the median on the other side of the intersection, and doublecheck your oneway tags.

Not all tags get rendered, either, so that's also something to consider. That said, wastewater-plant makes more sense than a reservoir (which implies it stores fresh water).
