I do. Explicit turn lane tagging is necessary and including bicycle lanes is necessary in order for existing data consumers to actually have a predictable and consistent result in the real world. The wiki is about a decade behind reality on this.

Turn lanes are tagged based off the segment terminating at the node where the turns apply. Further, "none" only works as a turn lane value if "no" is the access value for the same lane.

I'm not sure this is accurate. The US Postal Service generally requires private letterboxes to be adjacent to the road in rural areas, and this looks like the dead center of a pasture. Could you please clarify what is going on here?
