Yes, TIGER imported everything with names and not refs, so that tracks, however, it's also acknowledged that it wasn't a very good import, in part and among other reasons, because the TIGER data didn't have a concept of ref.

Operator and wikidata are relevant information, but the lack of the tag generally implies the correct value is unknown.

You can leave the operator and operator:wikidata blank instead of filling them in with placeholder data.

Esri imagery seems to be the newest and doesn't show buildings yet, but the one you drew appears to be mostly in the street and straddling two lots.

You can create just a single node with "house=detached" if you're not sure on the size or outline of a house.
