Also not clear where in the world you got the 10 km/h maxspeed you tagged... unless otherwise posted, the riverparks cycleways are 25 mph per the city and the park's regulations.

bridge:name is properly tagged, and no, that bridge is not completed yet. Passed it on my way home from work today. Williams Crossing carries the Midland Valley Trail.

This seems rather small considering to the actual Oregon Zoo outline, still, which unless Metro sold off significant lands, should be substantially larger than way/44501180 and encompassing most of Washington Park despite most of it not being developed.
