There is something very wrong about the way these footpaths have been drawn. Logically, it wouldn't make sense for the footpaths from SkyPark Arena@Holland to cut right into Ulu Pandan Road, Pandan Valley, and the other condos. At least in Singapore, we don't see footpaths awkwardly cutting into roads and condos in that manner. Most condos are private access and won't allow that either.

I walked past earlier today and mapped the features based on what I noticed.

Much of the footpaths and bridge shapes around here have changed due to the Jurong Region Line construction. I've tried to do a first round of map updates, would appreciate if others can review and follow up. Thanks!

Hi cboothroyd!

I think some of the footpaths and structures are outdated - I've already spotted some errors. I was just walking around Yunnan Garden earlier over the last few days!

Hi! I think the position of Jalan Selamat Road needs some adjustments! If you look at Onemap Orthophoto layer, you would notice that the positioning is off

During recent walks at Chinese Gardens, I found that there were still some inaccuracies in how features and paths were displayed on OpenStreetMap. Have tried my best to edit them. Would appreciate if others can help to further follow up. Thanks!

I've tried to edit and make the changes, would appreciate reviews and edits to help make the OpenStreetMap data of this region more accurate. Thanks!

I frequent Lakeside to visit relatives and walk around Jurong Lake Gardens / Chinese Gardens area. I noticed 2 major errors of this region in OpenStreetMap:
1) The red dotted footpath exists but it is not drawn correctly.
2) Enabling Business Hub does exist at this location but its parcel is not that large and does not extend so closely to Lakeside MRT. Rather, between Lakeside MRT and Enabling Business Hub, there is a green patch of land that can also be clearly seen via satellite imagery. But it is not reflected on OpenStreetMap.

Ok thanks for improving it kenken234!

I have friends and elderly relatives staying in this HDB estate, so I'm aware of this new driveway / pickup point. Would appreciate reviews and edits for the better. Thanks!

Ok, thanks for clarifying!

Hi FajrAI

Could you share what is your source for these edits?

Thank you!

Earlier this morning, when I was looking at the Leaflet map, I had a shock. Like why is there a district region name in Singapore called "Artificial Island" around the area of Lentor? Turns out it was due to this. Have remedied it.

Dear Fizzie-DWG,

Thanks for the update, and for looking into the edits!

Given a history of mass imports by user DeepScanBot for that area, would appreciate if other users and members of the OSM community who are familiar with Hougang can help check and rectify any errors that might still be there. Thanks!

Hi Fizzie-DWG,

Speaking as a resident in Singapore and from my own personal knowledge of Singapore HDB estates, I find it quite surprising and unusual that there would be a high number and concentration of bicycle rental points in the Hougang HDB estates, specifically Hougang Spring and Angsana Residence. Such bicycle rental points are typically not found in vast quantities on the ground floor of such HDB estates in Singapore.

Almost all other HDB estates in other regions in Singapore don't have such high numbers of bicycle rental points concentrated together. It's untypical, and it is not how HDB estates in Singapore are typically organised (at least at this juncture).

I think many of these bicycle rental points might actually not exist at these specific locations. I suggest to review again the mass imports by user DeepScanBot, to ensure that these mass imports have been completely removed, so that facilities that actually don't exist in reality are not mapped as well. Thanks!

Hi Ccy123

There is something seriously wrong with these edits. It has resulted in Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and Rifle Range Nature Park losing its green patches on the map. Which does not tie up with reality. In reality, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and Rifle Range Nature Park are still greenery and forested areas. It’s not like the forest has been cleared in these areas.

The error is quite glaring. Please revert the changes you have made asap. Thank you!

I walked past Victoria Park earlier today and I realised that the footpaths within Victoria Park were not yet mapped on OSM. So, I tried to map them. While mapping them, I had accidentally made the error of joining the footpaths to the administrative boundary. When checking my edits, I noticed this error. I have corrected this error in this changeset by removing the connection of the footpath to the administrative boundary, and connecting the footpaths to other footpaths along Victoria Park Road instead (i.e. what I saw)

Tagging these roads as residential roads can give routing and navigation systems the wrong signal that any vehicle can just cut through the College Green roads to get from Dunearn Road to University Road (and vice versa), which isn't true (they will be stopped at the gate)!

I think some of these roads might be parking spaces for cars. Would be great if service=parking aisle can be added for these roads. Thanks!
