Hey! The data is from the Ministry of Environmental protection and Regional development of the Republic of Latvia so I'd like to think the data is quite accurate. While adding the points I did sanity check all the points using Orthophoto, every point was put there by hand, no automation. I feel like the data gived made sense for most locations, but, if course, it's possible that there are errors or misleading datapoints. If there is doubt about real life not matching points in this changeset, I think it should be encouraged to modify or delete point locations to improve OSM.
