What is this node supposed to represent?

I noticed that you added "(closed for construction)" to the name key of node/9315056822. Is this mentioned construction temporary? If so, it should not be included on OpenStreetMap. Regardless, "name" should not be used for descriptions, please use the description key for that. Though, you can use other tags to indicate long-term construction works.

It still seems to be The General Havelock based on several drive-bys I've had with this place, as well as the FHRS ID.
