I trust you as local mapper. I just modified tag into highway=construction because you add construction=* based on your local knowledge. My reference is highway=construction. Please correct me if any local rule on the ground.

way/751747436 and way/751751345 with tag name=3.

Menurut saya mengacu pada osm.wiki/Id:Indonesian_Tagging_Guidelines mayoritas tag residential sudah tepat. Saya akan senang jika Anda berkenan berbagi acuan lain terkait tag jalan di OSM.
