Names don't have to be unique. When you want to now the location you can use the tags branch and addr:city or use the boundary relations in OSM.

Staat de S104 inmiddels wel op de bewegwijzering? Dat was een paar jaar geleden, na de invoering van de S-nummering, namelijk niet zo.

Zo ja, dan zal de gehele weg moeten worden getagd met ref=S104, niet alleen dit wegdeel. Ook worden S- en R-nummers al vrij lang met een hoofdletter geschreven. In Nijmegen hebben nooit S-nummers met een kleine letter s bestaan.
