Honnêtement, je sais pas. En soi, je vois pas de raisons particulières empêchant d'annuler plusieurs changesets d'après le wiki osm.wiki/Change_rollback surtout qu'ils sont limités au node en question, mais c'est peut-être exagéré pour un problème relativement mineur.

Merci pour ta contribution. Une bonne pratique cependant, c'est de _modifier_ (mettre à jour) les POIs existants plutôt que de les supprimer/créer quand ils changent. Cela permet de conserver leur historique, ce qui a de la valeur.

While "Île" is correct indeed, name should match the reality which is "Ile". It's also easier to search without "Î" for many people. Anyway, if "Île" is chosen, alt_name (which was "Île") need to be updated to "Ile".

It makes sense, sorry about that! I'm not sure OsmAnd~ editor can do that (each POI have to be something like an amenity or a shop) but I can use other editors. Anyway, thanks for your explanation, correction and attention.
