Hi, regarding your comments, entrance=emergency is a popular tag which the iD editor has a preset for. The name of this preset is "Emergency Exit" If you think this is illogical you'd be better off starting a discussion at https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema

Also my understanding is that `layer=-2` + `level=2` is valid, for buildings with strangley numbered floors:

Maybe you should delete this node if "Heathcote" genuinely doesn't exist, or change it to another tag like place=locality if it's a recognised place, but not a suburb. A quick google search suggests that Heathcote might be an established name (e.g. https://nzhistory.govt.nz/keyword/heathcote), but I'm not sure, I'm not a local

yeah, if `motor_vehicle=destination` isn't strictly correct feel free to remove it... I would hope that routers try to avoid shared spaces by default

oh yeah it's not important in this example. just thought i'd mention why seamark:type=hulk & seamark:hulk:category is useful. the osm wiki is rather confusing when it comes to seamarks :(

sure. the downside is without a seamark tag it's invisible on nautical maps like OpenSeaMap. which is probably not a big issue in London where very few seamaps are mapped

mapping hulks with seamark tags is useful when it's overlayed with AIS data, which a good marine GPS unit would do.

if i recall correctly, the official naturical charts show it as a hulk (OBJL=HULKES) presumably with CATHLK=3

which according to seamark:hulk:category=* would translate to
seamark:type=hulk + seamark:hulk:category=museum

so i guess the AHO are tagging-for-the-renderer if it's not strictly a hulk :)

yeah, a number of tracks already had oneway=yes so I just followed the (local) convention. Sorry if this is wrong. In europe they seem to use railway:preferred_direction instead, so I guess all the `oneway=yes` tags could be changed to `railway:preferred_direction=forward`...
