Most of the recreation routes are open, with a few notable exceptions such as the underpass to Country Park on the other side of ELOR south of Skeltons Lane. Phase 3b will put finishing touches to the cycleway & paths, signposting, fencing, installing benches, tree planting, ponds and other landscaping.
