I assume this street is open to pedestrians and bicycles, so I changed it to "motor_vehicle=no". Please let me know if this is incorrect.

Specifically, what is the justification for
- Changing the role of Ramalla in the West Bank relation from "admin_center" to "label"
- Changing the role of Jerusalem in the Israel relation from "admin_center" to "proclaimed_capital"

osm.wiki/Relation:boundary#Relation_members says the "subarea" role is "Optional, disputed and redundant".

Why did you decide to add such members?
