Unfortunately, this is not the only issue in that changeset.

I think it will be best to revert both the original changeset and its partial fix. I have also contacted its authors.

In this edit you have created several issue by moving nodes belonging to ways in the Weizzman Institute.

For example, changeset/53397135 was distorted because node/909597094 was moved.

way/511468231 was distorted because node/694703792 was moved.
.
A n isolated fix for one issues was done in changeset/53426803 by user Sanniu.
.
The deletion of node/879761049, node/796496082 and the distortion of way/82987740 is also unclear.
.
I think is would be best to revert this change. Please let me know if you have any objections.

I have not been there personally, I just adjusted the highway tag to match the description (name) and the surface tag.

The non-name you deleted was "Paved road..." and the surface tag is "paved". Therefore, it is not a track.

It is not unusual to have sections paved roads in forests in order to keep them accessible in winter.

The shape in the previous comment got distorted.

The problem is when software tries to analyze the shapes in the map or store them in geographic databases that allow search. A self-intersecting polygon created issues.

For example, there is an error when reading this way to the search database for IsraelHiking.osm.org.il

To avoid self-intersection, it would be fine to just change the shape of the corners. For example replace the triangle corners with squares:

The sidewalk tag was there when I've split the way in order to correct the junction geometry. See https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=52322050

The history at way/527217866/history shows that the tag was part of the creation of the way, done over 4 years ago by Konstantin86 in Changeset #16277360
.
Konstantin86 is no longer an active OSM contributor. I think it's safe to delete the sidewalk tag.
