small correction: name tag should always have text in area local language. Other languages should be added as name:en, name:he,.. tags.

Also, it's better to not spread edits over long distances, you can commit changes any time you want, don't forget to write meaningful explanation of the change to help other mappers to understand your change.

Hi and welcome, small note: when you add name tag please put local name used by most civilians in the area in the "name" tag, and other languages in the name:he, name:en, etc. If you can't fill the local name, just add only relevant name:* tag and other mappers will complete.

I never saw a rule in OSM which disallows tertiary road to have a dead end.
In any case, there is no a dead end but a proper u-turn.
Additionally, other maps like https://www.govmap.gov.il/?c=185800,659691.48&z=6 do define this appendix with same class as whole street (you can tell this by the fact it's still rendered on a high zoom)

Please recheck your sources and avoid using old Bing imagery without local knowledge.
There are plenty fresh images on Mapillary and Kartaview.

If you saw it, then I don't understand why you lowered class of links. For example way/34906126 connects motorway with trunk and should be motorway_link. looks like you wrongly changed many types of link roads. Current practice is to select higher class of two connected roads (except service roads).
Please see this document: osm.wiki/Link_roads_between_different_highways_types
and revert your changes.
Also in general - all major road types are already well defined and should not be touched if not redefined by transportation ministry.

also, the suffix for hebrew names should be "he" and not "heb".

Hello, FYI, bing images are extremely obsolete, please use them only if you have local knowledge of the area and sure that imagery is still fine.
Specifically here, this roundabout doesn't exists for several months already, so your added crosswalks are not relevant anymore and should be reverted :(
