junction=circular are very rare in our area (round but without right of the way), sure this is the case? if it's a regular roundabout, then junction=roundabout is more correct. Also, they usually have a name tag only if there is an official name for this specific junction, if none - leave empty, don't use connected street names.

if this (way/1304238973) roundabout has official name, it's better to add name tag on the highway itself instead of the grass area.
also, if grass takes all the inner space - you can reuse existing highway nodes and create a new way for grass. ping me if you need help with fixing this

if yes, you should merge these two tags:
highway=construction
construction=tertiary

to be:
highway=tertiary

and can remove check_date tag (or update it to today's date)

Hi, I just corrected an old mistake, removed name tag from roundabouts junctions. By a convention name tag should be used only in case roundabout has a dedicated name.

Yes, this exact definition in wiki made me think that city must be firstly divided to suburbs and only then each suburb can be sub-divided to neighbourhoods.

Statistically it looks like I'm not the only one which uses suburb for שכונה, so I'd like to try to align this with the community.

At the moment we'll have a good agreement there, I promise to fix the Raanana if needed.
