Hi, the default "name" tag should be always in a language used by most of the local population. Specifically here it's 1000% Hebrew.

hi, for some reason you incorrectly changed here many name tags to be in English instead of Hebrew, which is a local language.
also, I don't see any good reason from changing suburbs to neighbourhood, accordingly to osm wiki - these all are suburbs.
I'm going to undo all these changes, if you think I'm wrong - let's discuss.

Hi, fyi, i removed one of parking access roads from Beba Idelson. There is a single two directions road without physical separation. Please be sure to always map what's on the ground.

You did here a very problematic change. Regional council building can't be renamed to a "waypoint". In OSM there is a rule: one point - one feature.
Please describe what you tried to map here and we'll try to find more appropriate way of doing this.
Meanwhile, please avoid doing similar changes.

The small fence you added (way/1381309181) crosses other track, essentially making road blocked. Is this the real state on the ground?
