Thank you for your interest in improving OSM in and around Mysuru. But may I know why have you mass edited more than 3.2k features with Mysuru=Mysuru tag? This doesn't seem to be a relevant tag.

Please follow this - osm.wiki/WikiProject_India#Naming_in_different_scripts_and_languages
while adding names.

But looks like this node is still duplicate because another place=city with Ballari exists - way/350617555. We should have either of them.

Thanks for editing Ballari city on OSM, but looks like there's already a node with place=city tag for Ballari - node/316417114.

If you still want to have this area as a city boundary, please consider adding this with proper admin_level - osm.wiki/WikiProject_India/Boundaries

Unless you know the official boundary region, its good not to draw the boundary. And first, its good to add a point for the suburb here.:)
