@Helmchen42 - Can you please document this mulitpolygon tag on the wiki first and then fix the typo here.
Also I'm entirely sure if multipolygons are proposed to be used or are in currently use to map River basins. Can you please share any existing relations? Couldn't find them on taginfo.

I have updated this node accordingly.

I think it is because of the phone's GPS which points maps.me to add features at these places. Since satellite imagery isn't seen while adding in maps.me, objects gets added wherever the user taps on the map.

You can delete the nodes in iD editor by clicking on the node you wish to delete and then clicking on delete icon. But to delete the entire changeset, may have to revert it. You can check available options on OpenStreetMap wiki to do this - osm.wiki/Change_rollback

I think this is because of limited POI categories available in Maps.me app which is the editor in this case. But anyway if suitable category is not found, its not a good idea to map with false tags.
