One is just "#1327767512", while the other is "25 შორაპანის ქუჩა".
And the renderers are not required to processed it in light of the situation described here: osm.wiki/Relation:associatedStreet#Applicability . Such a vital info as an address has to be presented with the standard addr:street tags (unless there are some political concerns present) so that the data is available in as much providers as possible.

So, while there is no restriction on using associatedStreet for Georgia, please retain the addr:street tags and please restore them where you've deleted them.

По сравнению с ним приоритет только у табличек на зданиях (например, на соседнем по крайней мере недавно была табличка с номером 17а, при том, что в кадастре 29). Появилась ли на этом доме табличка? Если нет, то всё же приоритет за адресом из кадастра...

Hi! This one is definitely not a pond, but a covered reservoir: way/1268032357 . The water is not seen from above, only the roof. I guess way/1452441995 is the same.
Also, way/220701091 is definitely a full-scale bridge, not a boardwalk. Wooden surface isn't what turns a bridge into a boardwalk.
