But really, one-way direction for footways is completely unpractical to map, even when there is some signage that prescribes it. People tend to ignore it completely, and would expect routing software to direct them in the shortest direction, not in the opposite way. Of course, for narrow passages and/or difficult waymarked trails one way tags are indeed useful; but in our case in practice it's oneway=no.

Hi! It has been decided not to use the English translation from the street signs, as it's not consistent and sometimes completely wrong (like "dead-lock" instead of "dead-end"), see osm.wiki/WikiProject_Georgia_Abkhazia_South-Ossetia#Road_Type
In this case "raise" has a different meaning in English than აღმართი in Georgian. "Ascent" is closer and has been used in other sources.
However, for the purposes of searching, it's always a good idea to add the spelling from the street sign to alt_name:en

Yes, if you don't know the particular name of this police station, it would be better to remove the generic name. If you edit the map using iD (that is, just from the browser) and select this node, iD will show you a warning 'Police has the suspicious name "Police" in English'. The same goes for "Bakery" bakeries (including "თონე"), "Market" shops and so on

Hi! This is a generic name and should not be added as such. (All the needed info is provided by the tag amenity=police.) However, if you know it, you may add the particular name of this police station like "Police department #777" or "Police station of Chughureti District".
Also, you used an incorrect symbol for the first letter, ჴ instead of პ

"Access=yes" as in summary or "access=no" as tagged?
