- tree location is based on a more precise aerial imagery, than Bing;
- adjusted flowerbed accordingly;
- fixed the city & street name for the tree (kept them in English, although in Georgia tags without language suffixes usually contain Georgian names)
- reinstated "broadleaved" in leaf_type: according to wiki, "palm" is deprecated, and see natural=tree/List_of_Genus,_Leaf_cycle,_Leaf_type
