https://maps.gov.ge/map/portal is the official source for street names. To view them, in the left menu select სამისამართო >
სამისამართო მონაცემები . Only is cases when there are street signs that are newer than the information in the cadastre, should the names from those street signs be used.

Do you have a photo of a street sign with such a name?

Hi! Consider using barrier=fence + fence_type=railing for such king of fences between roads and footpaths. There's a preset in iD, just type "railing"
